Will Rogers had a unique ability to make some of the most pressing issues of his day, understandable and humorous, by using logic and common sense.  I’m no Will Rogers but was raised to rely on instinct and common sense as the foundation to analyze issues and events.  As a combat veteran, my instincts and common sense played a significant role in my survival and those who served with me.

After my service in the military, I embarked on a career the financial markets arena, specifically mortgage banking. Once again, my foundation allowed me to achieve significant success, but not without surrounding myself with mentors and brilliant co-workers. During that time, I opined on economic developments affecting the mortgage banking industry.

That success has allowed me to pursue a passion for music, photography and social commentary.  My observations are designed solely to make folks think and not rely on the blather and baloney found daily in the print and broadcast media. I truly believe that if individuals just take the time to stop, think and analyze, they will become more self-reliant, thus making a significant impact on their immediate world.
