A New Shot?

How come every year we are told to get a flu shot and we still have the flu? Then we hear that thousands die from the flu every year.

Medical experts are all over the media, led by Dr. Anthony Fauci, freely dispensing their opinions based on epidemic models that forecast deaths based on a “curve”, dependent on what they freely admit could be unreliable data. 

If that’s not bad enough, then we have politicians from both sides weighing in on what the medical “experts” have opined. To further complicate this non-stop blather is a universal media condemnation of that treatment therapy consisting of a malaria drug combined with the Z-Pak (hydroxychloroquine & azithromycin) as unproven and dangerous.  A treatment protocol that the President has brought up in the daily briefing. Unfortunately, it appears the current liberal narrative ignores this possibility and seeks to punish those who offer a different outlook.   

Renowned medical expert Senator Kamala Harris appearing on ABC’s The View, offered the following, “The president keeps taking the stage and as opposed to what Dr. Fauci and medical health professionals are telling us, pushing this drug. He’s got to stop — he’s not — we don’t want a drug pusher for president."

Maybe the Senator ought to speak to fellow democrat, Karen Whitsett, Michigan state legislator, who recovered from the Coronavirus flu and credited President Trump's mention of hydroxychloroquine during news briefings. "If President Trump had not talked about this, it would not be something that's accessible for anyone to get, not right now," Whitsett said.

Is the media and the left so invested in their hatred of the President that they universally condemn a possible cure for those who suffer, because they want him to fail? What about the success Los Angeles doctor Anthony Cardillo has observed with his most severely ill patients? In an interview with KABC Eyewitness News he stated "Every patient I've prescribed it to, has been very, very ill and within 8 to 12 hours, they were basically symptom-free. So clinically I am seeing a resolution."

Then there’s Didier Raoult a French physician and microbiologist who specializes in infectious diseases and has endorsed the regimen. His success with it has also been met with derision and doubt.  Dr. Anthony Fauci said it was anecdotal and continues to advocate for a new vaccine.

Most experts believe that the timeline for an “effective” Coronavirus flu vaccine would be about 18 months.  If this drags out for 18 months, the United States will look like a fourth world country.  There is no way on earth that folks are going to remained penned up in their homes, like masked bank robbers, and stay 6 feet from everyone.

We already have current flu vaccines and yet every year we still have the flu. What in the “wide world of sports” does Dr. Fauci think that waiting for another flu vaccine is going to do?  The country can’t wait for the moment of absolute certainty, decreed by a government bureaucrat doctor, for a return to work and sanity. 

While researchers are investigating a cure, why not make the malaria drug and the Z-Pak the new shot?
