Enough Already

Laken Riley. Burn her name into your memory. A 22-year-old University of Georgia nursing student who was brutally murdered by an illegal immigrant. Every American citizen should be outraged regarding the senseless murder by an illegal animal. When is enough enough? When are Americans going to stand up and hold our elected officials responsible for this crime wave? The White House issued a tepid sympathy message about her murder and little else. The buck stops with Joe Biden who frankly looks like he doesn’t give a hoot about Venezuelan criminals overrunning the country, or Laken Riley. He’d rather have an ice cream cone and crack jokes about his age and Trump with Seth Meyers on late night television.

Reports are that Nicolas Maduro, the Dictator of the once prosperous Venezuela, has emptied his prisons and sent the inmates north.  Record numbers of that country’s “best and brightest” are invading the United States. They are committing crimes in all the “sanctuary” cities and attacking young women. Laken’s attacker was described as “a man from Athens Georgia” not an illegal immigrant by the Associated Press. Same holds true for the rapist apprehended in Virginia who had his way with a 14-year-old girl. He was not outed as an illegal initially by the media. Why? Doesn’t fit the narrative.

But some of our well know politicians like Rep. Katie Porter, who’s running for the United States Senate in California tell us that we can’t let the tragedy of Laken Riley define the migrant issue. On CNN she opined, “There is outrage…but the important thing to focus on is that one instance shouldn’t shape our overall immigration policy.” This woman would be better off playing Aunt Bea on Mayberry RFD than serving as a United States Senator. A clueless disgrace who is the epitome of a lawmaker living off the government teat.

While all this is happening, Biden is practicing his stand-up routines instead of executing the responsibilities of his office. Is there anyone on the planet that thinks this old fart is doing a good job? Only the most delusional of Democrat Kool-Aid drinkers. His note writers are going to keep him on the message that Trump is the Devil and only Joe can save democracy.  Sadly, the compliant media buys this manure.

Meanwhile, Trump is battling the corrupt justice system in New York, appealing an 83-million-dollar judgement awarded to E. Jean Carroll. This old loon would have us believe that she was raped in Bergdorf Goodman’s department store in the 90s (she can’t remember the exact year) by Trump. Let’s see, a single billionaire playboy at the time, went by himself to the fourth floor of this department store, grabbed Jean, dragged her into a dressing room and ravaged her. That’s her far-fetched story. It was sold to a biased judge and jury who bought this fairy tale. Never mind that Jean has a well-earned reputation as a gadfly who told CNN’s Anderson Cooper, that there was “nothing sexual” about the alleged incident and bizarrely stating, “I think most people think of rape as being sexy.” Enough said.

Then there’s the nearly 500-million-dollar judgment for borrowing money based on asset valuation and paying it all back with interest. The nincompoop Attorney General of New York claims that Trump overvalued his assets to borrow the money, violating a uniquely bizarre New York law.  Anyone in the banking business knows that the lender always does their due diligence and appraises property before lending money.  In this case, Letitia James the Attorney General and Judge Arthur F Engoron, know as much about lending as a pig knows about Sunday.

Then there’s the cases that Fani Willis and Jack Smith are attempting to prosecute against Trump. They have yet to be adjudicated but still stink to high heaven with respect to their credulity.  Remember that Special Counsel Jack Smith is going after Trump for the same thing Joe did with classified documents.  Joe gets a pass cause he’s an “elderly man with a poor memory” according to the Special Counsel Robert Hur investigating Biden’s mishandling of secret material. District Attorney Fani and her paramour are in deep doo-doo for judicial misconduct in their case against Trump. It’s called lying.

Americans are getting a first-class education in judicial malpractice. Releasing illegal criminals without bail, ignoring the established laws of the land, and using the “lawfare” to attack a presidential candidate by using contrived laws that violate the Eighth Amendment to the Constitution. That amendment protects citizens against imposing excessive bail, excessive fines, or cruel and unusual punishments. The late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg wrote a majority opinion in a case striking down an excessive fine imposed on a citizen. Unfortunately, too many Americans are walking around, head down, staring at their “machines” getting their news that is filtered by progressives. They will never get the balance, honest news about what’s going on or every hear about an opinion written by the late Justice Ginsberg that could negate Trump’s nearly half a billion-dollar fine.

Eating ice cream cones and doing stand-up on late night television is no way to run a country. Too cowardly to sit for a softball interview with CBS during the Superbowl, the current President appears on a low rated show that airs in the middle of the night.  Chances are he knew the questions in advance but nevertheless still looked like he was reading a teleprompter when giving his answers. That speaks volumes about the State of the Nation.
