Law and Order
One of the primary functions of federal, state and local government is to ensure the safety of citizens. As an example, the Governor of Illinois and the Chicago Mayor, a couple of knuckleheads named Pritzker and Johnson, have failed at that task spectacularly. Current evidence makes that abundantly clear. They do not care about stopping the Chicago gang murder machine. Total ideologues. These two live in a philosophical progressive, woke world.
In the last five years almost 4,000 people have been murdered in Chicago. Eighty-four percent were black. In 2024, 578 were killed in Chicago. 423 of them were Black. Has anybody heard outrage from the Black Lives Matter movement? Rev. Al protesting? Rep. Jasmine Crockett or Rep. Sandy Cortez wailing on CNN? Not a peep.
Over the past Labor Day weekend, 61 people in Chicago were shot. Nine dead, 52 wounded. Not one perpetrator was one arrested. Are the police that hamstrung and inept? The system to protect Chicagoans in the poor neighborhoods is nonexistent. Where are the politicians who will stop it. No state or local ones. But President Trump will.
President Trump deployed the National Guard in Washington D.C. on August 11th. So far, over 1,500 arrests and 156 illegal guns seized. Since the National Guard showed up on the streets of the Nation’s capital there has been a 40% drop in violent crime, 82% drop in car jackings, and an 11% drop in property crime. One murder in three weeks. Even the woke, progressive Mayor of D.C., Muriel Bowser said the strategy has worked and wants their continued presence.
Washingtonians are more protected and feel safe. Restaurants and other night spots report increased business. That’s the truth. No way will you get that reportage from the Washington Post or the legacy broadcast networks. They, along with progressive politicians, will stick to the progressive narrative that Trump’s a fascist and a dictator.
Governor Pritzker of Illinois is perhaps one of the worst. When asked about President Trump sending troops to protect Chicago people, Pritzker told the press that Trump is trying to impose a Nazi dictatorship on America. What an absolute loon. He’s an out of touch billionaire heir to the Hyatt hotel fortune who hasn’t had to worry about safety in his life, except the possibility of getting trampled when Home Town Buffet is running a special.
Everyone who has examined the problem knows that Black drug gangs are primarily responsible for the slaughter. The majority of the murders happens in poor areas where citizens have little protection. The residents are scared to report or testify against these gangs as they know that they and their families will become targets of revenge. Progressive Democrats will remain on the wrong side of this crisis.
That’s why the National Guard is needed, to protect the citizens and free the police to hunt down these killers. Yet Mayor Johnson maintains that the city needs no additional resources to combat the chaos. He says the crime stats are improving. The same was said about the D.C. crime stats until it was discovered that the books were being cooked. Looks like President Trump is the real believer that Black Lives Matter.
Will there be honest reporting about this crisis in the Nation’s major cities? Nope. The media will stick to reporting all things Epstein, hoping to find anything to tie President Trump criminally to that pervert. Forgetting that Joe and the gang had access to the Epstein files for 4 years and didn’t find beans. Because there was nothing.
President Trump will act. The left will go fanny over teakettle. And folks in the inner city will be able to finally walk to the grocery store without fearing for their lives.
The miscreants will hear, “You have the right to remain silent…”
