Puppeteers
The original movie poster for The Godfather featured a hand holding strings that led to the word “father” as one would operate a marionette. That’s the most common type of puppet, suspended and controlled by several strings connected to the head, back and limbs. Lately there’s been a lot of speculation about the current President operating as nothing more than a puppet. Why would anyone make such a shocking claim?
Let’s start with the most recent evidence of Joe’s compliant behavior. The British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, stopped by for an Oval Office visit Tuesday. Usually when they invite the White House press corps, the dignitaries take questions. Boris Johnson recognized two British reporters for questions. Boris was in mid-sentence when the staff press wranglers signaled by Joe, to herd them out before they could ask anything. It looked like Rowdy Yates moving cattle in the sixties western Rawhide. Reporters leaving the Oval Office were visibly upset by this denial. But this isn’t the first time or nor will it be the last time they get herded.
Joe has a well know reputation for “stepping in it”. That’s a documented fact and his staff (puppeteers) know it. He did it today when he took three prearranged questions for the media after his speech regarding Covid booster shots. When asked about the now widely debunked lie that border patrol was using whips on illegal immigrants at the border, he said, "To see people treated like they did? Horses running them over? People being strapped? It's outrageous. I promise you, those people will pay." Once again Joe puts his foot in mouth and attacks the Border Patrol agents without the benefit of the facts. Nobody got run over and no one was whipped. The photographer who took the infamous shots Paul Ratje, said he and his colleagues never saw agents whipping anyone. “Some of the Haitian men started running, trying to go around the horses. I’ve never seen them whip anyone. He (the agent) was swinging it, but it can be misconstrued when you’re looking at the picture.” Ratje is a photographer from Las Cruces, New Mexico and took the photographs from the Mexican side.
In previous encounters with the press and public appearances, he’s uttered statements like, “Whatever you want me to do now, take questions?” “They gave me list of who I’m supposed to call on.”, “I’m supposed to leave the room now but I’m going to go into the room.”, "This is the last question I'll take, and I'm really gonna be in trouble.”, and “They told me I’m not supposed to take any questions but go ahead.” Who’s in charge Joe? Can anyone remember President Trump making these statements? He would take all questions and joust with the pack of rabid jackals that is the Beltway press and print media.
One British politician and commentator admitted conservative Nigel Farage stated, “If Joe Biden doesn't take questions from journalists and therefore isn't accountable for what he's doing as leader of America or leader of the free world, we have to ask ourselves a question. Is he actually fit and proper and competent to be doing the job?” Joe’s conduct of the Afghanistan mess was roundly condemned in the British Parliament, by all sides.
Joe looks more and more like a befuddled, old man shuffling out to a teleprompter to read whatever is written, without a hint of understanding the content. Look no further than his speech to the United Nations General Assembly. A rushed, boiler point globalist view that never projected the American position as the leading proponent of freedom, democratic principles. Instead he blathered on with the some divorced from reality remarks about women in Afghanistan …“the expectations to which we will hold the Taliban when it comes to respecting universal human rights. We all must advocate for women—the rights of women and girls to use their full talents to contribute economically, politically, and socially.” What planet is he on and who writes this fiction?
The current governance of the Republic makes it abundantly clear that this circus is being run by some of the most inept former lower level staff members of the Obama Administration. For example, Jake Sullivan the current National Security Advisor, was Hillary Clinton’s foreign policy advisor during the 2016 campaign. What’s significant about this is his connection to special counsel John Durham’s investigation of the Trump-Russia collusion claim. Turns out that Jake is under scrutiny for his 2016 role in promoting that collusion claim that resulted in the grand jury indictment of Clinton campaign Attorney Michael Sussman by Durham. He’s just one of the old Obama hands close to Joe.
Another is Susan Rice, the Domestic Policy Advisor, widely known for lying on five Sunday shows in 2011 about the facts regarding Benghazi slaughter of Americans when she specialized in foreign policy for Obama. Current Chief of Staff, Ron Klain was involved in several Obama era roles including his endorsement of the wildly successfully solar panel firm Solyndra. He advised Obama to visit the firm before its spectacular failure. Rumor has it that he’s the “shadow” President. All these folks are very close to the former President who lives in DC.
But the most visible member of this circus like White House cluster is the chief propogandist, Jen “Pinocchio” Psaki, the White House Press Secretary. Beyond a doubt this individual is one of the greatest tellers of tall tales in the history of that position. If the sky is blue, she will do her damnedest to convince you that its green. She had the temerity to opine that the illegal Haitian immigrants didn’t need to be vaccinated for Covid because they weren’t going to be here that long. One of the greatest lies that has ever generated from the Brady Press Room. Her prevarications are backed up by the social media platforms that continue to give legs to her daily Trojan horse deceptions. Meanwhile, the progressive press scribes continue to lap this nonsense up. Some are starting to wise up. Let’s hope a lot more recognize the calamity that is Joe Biden before it’s too late for the Republic.
When all is said and done, the likely “invisible hand” is Barack Obama whose progressive agenda is aided by liberal political action committees funded by George Soros, a truly evil human being. Obama lives 10 minutes from the White House, not in his adopted hometown Chicago or his estate on Martha’s Vineyard. Nope, he’s a quick armored Suburban ride from Joe. Through his surrogates he’s the real master of the marionette, that is Joe Biden. That is becoming more apparent every day as his people work to control and keep an old gaff machine on the progressive socialist path.
