America matters to Senator Tim Scout (R-SC). His eloquent and moving Republican response to the Presidential Address focused on how this Nation has blessed him, the opportunities that exist, how his grandfather watched as the family went from “cotton to Congress in one lifetime”. Senator Scott’s uplifting message came after President Biden gave a national speech that could be best described as the Declaration of Dependency.
When Senator Scott said, “America is not a racist nation” and “Race is not a political weapon”, the leftist progressives went nuts. The pundits on mainstream broadcast media verbally lynched him for being out of touch with the national consensus. Twitter let a racist hashtag, “#UncleTim” trend for 11 hours. You can bet the farm that anyone who posted a comment with that hashtag was not conservative or a Republican. The conservative black Republican senator from South Carolina was the subject of social media disparagement from indignant liberals that Barack Obama that would have never endured. Those who used that hashtag are the real racists.
Meanwhile the usual media sources tried to out-fawn one another in their praise for Biden’s message to the Nation and 200 masked government leaders. According to Joe, he’s going to solve and fix all the Nation’s problems. Where’s this old fool been for the last 50 years he’s been in government? That’s right, old fool. His media acolytes, nodding like bobbleheads on the rear deck of a ’57 Chevy, are hopeless as they continue to operate like Pravda, towing the party line for the Political commissars. Can you imagine if someone created a hashtag “#UncleJoe” after his speech? That was a nickname for the heinous Soviet Union leader, Joseph Stalin. That tag wouldn’t have lasted 5 seconds.
America doesn’t matter to Joe Biden, power does. That power comes from his rigid adherence to the progressive agenda, the most radical left-wing schemes ever seen in the history of the Republic are being promoted by his regime. The creation of a society dependent on government benevolence is the model Joe seeks to solidify the march to Marxist socialism.
Biden doesn’t understand what he is promoting. He will literally read anything that’s put before him by his aides regardless of context or impact. It is fiscal irresponsibility to spend $6 trillion dollars and allow the Federal government to supplant the private economy. That doesn’t lead to prosperity. By lying to the American people, he would have you believe that you’re going get all kinds of stuff from the government. To do this, tax the well off and those evil corporations so we can provide for you. That leads to socialism, Marxism, Communism, you pick. Look no further than Venezuela. That’s Joe’s nanny state promise.
CBS reported that 85% of Americans approved of Joe Biden’s first formal address to a joint session of Congress Wednesday night. Baloney. According to data from the Nielsen rating service, 27 million people watched. For these telecasts of national importance, that’s a bust rivaling the Oscars telecast that recently bombed in the ratings. In contrast, President Trump’s first formal address to Congress in 2017, pulled 48 million viewers. Obama’s 52 million in 2009, Bush 40 million in 2001 and Clinton 67 million in 1993.
What Joe’s selling, the vast majority of folks aren’t buying, except for the hard-core zealots, the alleged 85% of the 27 million. But that’s not going to stop him and his handlers from pushing their vision of a remade Untied States. Using the congressional reconciliation process and executive orders, Joe will press on with legislation and mandates that damage the fabric of the country Senator Scott so clearly loves. It’s essential to get the word get out about the coming damage to individual freedom and more importantly, individual initiative advocated by this beltway Bolshevik gang.
America must matter to everyone. If the greatest Republic in the history of the world is so flawed, racist, and unfair to ordinary citizens, then someone explain why the illegal immigration on the southern border looks like an 1880’s Oklahoma land rush.
