Campus Chaos and Clueless Joe
This week the Nation got to watch brainless mask wearing fools, masquerading as college students dress up in the Palestinian accouterments fancied by Hamas terrorists. They shut down Universities across the country. Led by outside agitators who are paid by shadowy hateful actors whose goal is the destruction of the United States as a democratic republic. These activists took advantage of the student’s utter stupidity to urge them to attack and prevent Jewish students from attending classes.
Meanwhile, Joe Biden is leading from behind as only he can, leaving it to his handlers to issue weak statements regarding the current turmoil. Where’s he been this week? Delaware for a private fundraiser on Tuesday and filming a secret campaign video with Steven Spielberg. The rumored title is “Jurassic Joe Saves America”, 90 seconds of how his energyshots will propel him to a spot on Mount Rushmore. Wednesday, he went to the Mayflower Hotel for a fundraiser, leaving White House Press Secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre holding the bag with respect to the Regime’s position on the Antisemitic riots. As usual she was hopelessly out of touch.
A time of national shame with anti-Semitism in sore need of condemnation, and the President of the United States has been rehearsing with a Hollywood progressive in his basement. Finally on Thursday, Biden offered a short tepid statement after ignoring calls for him to denounce the student numbskulls taking over elite college campuses. Instead, he called for the elimination of hate speech against Islamic and Jewish students. Nothing specific about condemning their calls for the elimination of the Jews and Israel. No call for the release of the hostages taken in the savage attack on October 7. He said nothing about the hate America and hate police chants. An amazing fence sit by the President.
In 1956 nine young black students were denied access to Central High in Little Rock, Arkansas, by Governor Orville Faubus who ordered the Arkansas National Guard to surround the school. President Dwight Eisenhower sent the 101st Airbourne Division to insure the student's entrance to and safety at the school. Joe is incapable of sending a box of donuts to a local police precinct. This old coot would rather pander to his leftist base than do what’s right. After all, he needs those Muslim votes in Michigan including Rashida Talib, a Palestinian American, who represents that state’s 12th district in Congress.
If these were Trump MAGA supporters raising hell on campuses across the Nation, Joe Biden would lose his 81 year old shuffle and look like an Olympic sprinter to get to a microphone and a teleprompter to denounce them. Moving so fast that he’d be eligible for the US track team at the 2024 Paris games this summer. Instead, when he did speak, the Nation witnessed his usual morning shuffle to deliver unmemorable remarks. He would have been better off just saying “Don’t”. He ignored the press corps questions, heading toward the closest door.
Parents are spending thousands of dollars per year ($75,000 plus) for their children to attend these elite universities. What kind of education are they getting.? None. What they are getting is indoctrination. The progressive left has seized the governance and the curriculum of major colleges. They have allies in the ranks of the faculty. That’s why you see the administrators of these schools impotent when asked to take a stand against the outrageous behavior seen.
Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana, never at a loss for a colorful description, stated that Joe Biden is catering to the Hamas wing of the Democrat party. He went on to opine that most university presidents or chancellors and the faculty are democrats. They control the universities. Joe needs their votes.
Anyone who thinks that these protests were “organic” is living in an alternate universe. How did these Hamas sympathizers end up with similar tents, gas masks, helmets, goggles and bear spray? Every parent that sends their child off to college certainly makes sure that they have these essential supplies in case a protest breaks out. Not! These “student” protesters who are increasingly being revealed as anarchists, some don’t even attend the schools and don’t give a damn about the Palestinian people. These are pro-war activists who are backing the killing of Jews and the elimination of Israel. If this weren’t their motives, then where are the fund-raising drives seeking humanitarian aid for those suffering as the result of the war, they are the unwitting victims of.
The destruction of property, seizure of buildings by a mob, the intimidation of Jewish students and denial of all students to utilize the facilities of their college in no way is the intent of the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. Free speech is one thing, but denial of someone else’s is not permitted.
Quality time in jail would be an appropriate lesson, or community service cleaning up the mess the radicals have made should be their fate. Maybe then they’ll stop acting like this new century’s version of Hitler Youth.
As for the President, he should stop hiding behind the Resolute Desk in the White House and find out who’s responsible for radicalizing the Nation’s youth.
Fat chance that’ll happen.
