Soundbites

There is no substitute for the real unfiltered words of our fellow citizens, instead of those bent by the media to craft a narrative intended to mislead us.

The most chilling soundbite, was the audio of a 31-year-old female Los Angeles Sheriff Deputy, ambushed with her partner as they sat in their patrol car. A dispatch audio from the moments following the shooting, a weak-sounding voice can be heard saying: “998 Compton Pax,” the code to signify a deputy-involved shooting. A dispatcher asks what happened, a slurred voice answered, “Compton Pax, deputies down. Compton Pax 998.” The deputy was shot in the jaw and bleeding profusely.

Contrast this with the BLM/Antifa cowards who stood outside the hospital blocking the entrances screaming obscenities, hoping the officers would die. On social media, there are posts and messages that reflect a hatred that “Blue Lives don’t matter”. These morons actually think that the country is safer with social workers doing police work. No doubt that if the criminals are laying waste to you and yours, you want a sociologist to help you.

There have actually been a far greater number of Caucasians shot by the police while resisting arrest this year than Black Americans. Does anybody know their names?  Are those names on NFL football helmets?

Rather than address the recent ambush of the two LA Sheriff Deputies, Democrat Presidential nominee Joe Biden gave a speech on climate change because President Trump was in California getting briefed on the wildfire situation. Appearing in a field 8 minutes from his basement; he had the following questions:

“If we have four more years of Trump’s climate denial, how many suburbs will be burned in wildfires? How many suburban neighborhoods will have been flooded out? How many suburbs will have been blown away in superstorms? Why would anyone be surprised if we have more America in flames? Why would anyone be surprised when more America is under water.”

This is just the worst kind of fear mongering that leaves out the documented causes of the fires; thousands of lightning strikes, downed power lines and crazed arsonists. What next Joe?  Will there be marauding attacks by Sasquatch and his pals to soften us up before an invasion of flying saucers?

Then Senator Kamala Harris stepped in it big time when she said:

“We need make sure you have a president in the White House who actually sees you, who understands your needs, who understands the dignity of your work and who has your back. A Harris Administration, together with Joe Biden as the President of the United States.” But then today in Florida Joe said, “The Harris-Biden Administration will re-launch that effort and make it easier for military spouses and veterans’ meaningful careers…”

Hey Kamala. Hey Joe. Was that Freudian slip? Who’s the real candidate?

Then there was Hillary Clinton tweeting, “We deserve a President who cares whether his fellow Americans live or die.” This from the woman who let 4 Americans die in the hell that was the Benghazi attack.

When asked about the upcoming Presidential debates  with Joe Biden, President Trump offered, “I watched him against Bernie, he was OK, he wasn’t Winston Churchill, that I can tell you, but he was OK, he was fine.” That was, at the least, a somewhat charitable assessment.

With signing of historic Middle East peace agreements, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi dismissed the agreements negotiated by the White House calling them a “distraction” from the daily COVID death count.

CNN’s Wolf Blitzer asked her, “How much credit do you give the President for these peace agreements?”.

Pelosi’s response, “Good for him for having a distraction on a day when the numbers of people who are dying from this virus only increased.” What disingenuous, particularly un-American remark from the Speaker. Not surprising vitriol from “Crazy Nancy”, the nickname Jim Cramer from CNBC blurted out while interviewing her today. Needless to say, Cramer spent a lot of time sputtering an apology.

But the best sound bite comes for musician, Kid Rock who said the following, during a fund-raising concert Monday night for the President in Michigan:

“I want to see everybody do well in this country, but I don’t think you make the poor rich by making the rich poorer.  F*** that!”

The actual words from those in the news, take on a clear meaning when the interpretation of the biased media is not in play.  We need more of this rather, than less to remain an informed nation.
