No One is Above the Law
“No one is above the law.” How many times over the last 8 years has the Nation heard that phrase? The legacy, progressive media pundits repeated it endlessly as the lawfare attacks against President Trump were filed. Of course, these “journalists” were only following the lead of Joe Biden, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, Liz Cheney, Alvin Bragg, Leticia James, Jack Smith, Fani Willis and many others who made that phrase their mantra, calling for the prosecution of the former President. Lawfare failed. But the power of the pardon did not.
Robert Hunter Biden was pardoned by his father the President, for his federal gun and income tax evasion charges plus any and all criminal activity, real or uncharged, from January 1, 2014, until December 1, 2024. He doesn’t even have to pay the millions in back taxes he owes. Never in the history of the United States has a pardon been so sweeping in its scope. “No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter’s cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son.” Joe also stated that “raw politics has infected this process.” We can therefore assume that “raw politics” was the reason that Trump has been legally harassed.
Never mind that for months Joe had repeatedly told the Nation that he would abide by the various courts decisions and would not pardon his son. He lied. Why should anyone be surprised? Biden’s blanket pardon begins in 2014 when Hunter became involved with the Ukrainian energy company Burisma. That company paid him millions, all documented. Other shares of his influence peddling plunder were going to various associates including someone referred to as the “Big Guy”. This suspected criminal activity has been found on the infamous laptop computer belonging to Hunter Biden, emails and memorandums revealing who gets what and how much.
While this breaking news really surprised no one in the know, the progressive legacy media has been too busy trashing the President-elect’s cabinet choices to report on the pardon in any depth. Has anyone reported the obvious CYA (cover your arse) nature of this action by Joe? Day by day, as the breadth of the family’s grifting operation gets revealed, it will go down as the greatest scandal in Presidential history. There will be little left to wonder about. The lack of honesty this political family claims to have is clearly evident.
With about 45 days left in the Biden Regime, it’s no surprise that Joe’s been off wandering around the South American and African continents, giving away billions while the folks in North Carolina are freezing to death, still waiting for FEMA to get relief dollars to them. It’s fairly certain that January 20th can’t come soon enough for them. Out of touch with the folks doesn’t begin to describe Joe.
Now that he’s back in the Swamp, rumors are flying that Joe is preparing to give blanket pardons to Adam Schiff, Doctor Anthony Fauci and Liz Cheney and others. Could it be that these career Swampers have been involved in investigable conduct over the last several years? You can bet the farm that where there’s smoke, there’s fire. Don’t be surprised if Joe pardons them. It’s no wonder he pardoned Hunter. The “Big Guy” lived large before he was President. After all, how did he afford those million-dollar homes in the Delaware? His son most certainly helped that happen.
The only good news is that Joe doesn’t have to worry about Trump coming after him. He said during his debate against Mr. Biden, “My retribution is going to be success.” His four years of blundering, senile leadership is ending. The country will soon know if Joe thinks he’s “Above the Law” and says, “Pardon me”.
