Guilty
Lady Justice (LJ) got cold cocked in New York by a confirmed Democrat donor, Judge Juan Merchan, a District Attorney who’s a tool of the progressive left and twelve TDS (Trump Derangement Syndrome) suffering Manhattanites. Maybe if she hadn’t been wearing her blindfold, LJ might have seen this assault coming. No one should be surprised; crime is rampant in New York City. The day Donald Trump was convicted, a nut was swinging a machete in a Times Square McDonald’s. He will probably get released by DA Alvin Bragg’s associates with no bail, to wreak havoc in the city again. That’s how Fat Al rolls in the Big Apple.
The jury took 11 hours to decide that Trump was guilty of 34 spuriously devised, fraudulent, fabricated felonies. They relied on Judge Merchan’s instructions which took him over three hours to read, that gave them the option to convict 3 different ways. The Judge’s actions in this case are really unbelievable. He has been arrogant and clearly biased according to a majority of observers. That coupled with the allowed testimony of a grifting hooker and a convicted serial liar, and the exclusion of expert defense witnesses by Judge Merchan overloaded the scales of justice. Unfortunately for Trump, there was no Juror Number 8, the character Henry Fonda played in “12 Angry Men,” to question the Judge’s instructions and the evidence that the prosecution presented that could have resulted in at least a hung jury.
Just some of the outrage and commentary heard over the last week:
“The weakest case I have seen in 60 years, bar none.” Alan Dershowitz
Andrew McCarthy, Former Chief US Attorney opined before the verdict, “The fix is in.”
“Guilty on all counts. The country is disgraced. Alvin Bragg should be disbarred. They will rue the day they unleashed this lawfare to corrupt a presidential election.” Megyn Kelly, Talk Show Host and Attorney
“I obviously disagree with this verdict as do many others. I believe that the case will be reversed eventually either in the state or federal systems. However, this was the worst expectation for a trial in Manhattan. I am saddened by the result more for the New York legal system than the former president. I had hoped that the jurors might redeem the integrity of a system that has been used for political purposes.” Jonathan Turley, Constitution Law Professor, George Washington University
When interviewed on The No Spin News, Bill O’Reilly asked Brett Tolman, former United States Attorney for Utah the following question, "So, I want to know the biggest mistake Judge Merchan made in this trial, in your opinion. Because the Judge's mistakes are going to lead the appeal process. Correct?"
Tolman answered. "Yes, absolutely. You know, I would, I would say in this order. First, he forgot one of the most important rules of evidence. Rule 403, which a judge is supposed to use to determine what comes into evidence and what doesn't. And this is, you know, expressly says nothing unfairly prejudicial to the defendant or irrelevant to the defendant. The entire testimony of, you know, most of the testimony of Stormy Daniels, most of the testimony of Cohen, would have been thrown out by, I would say, 99% of the judges under rule 403.”
Other interesting commentary:
"When I was growing up, the Democratic Party was the party of getting everybody to vote, of making sure nobody got disenfranchised. The modern Democratic Party is just trying to get rid of as many possibilities for voters as possible." Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
CNN senior political contributor Scott Jennings predicted the verdict would favor Republicans in the election cycle. When asked for his take on it, he said, “Well, if my phone and the text messages I’m receiving are any indication, every Republican in the country is madder than a wet hen. I mean, people who are decidedly non-MAGA, not Trump fans are blowing up tonight saying this case never should have been brought, these are ridiculous charges. It was an egregious use of the criminal justice system. And I mean, I’m hearing people say I had no intention of voting for Donald Trump, and now I am. And then if you ask the Trump campaign, what’s happening? They literally broke their online donation portal because people were rushing to the internet to send their money in the minutes after the verdict. So I think there’s a real chance here that it’s going to massively backfire on the Democrats and help Donald Trump.”
The Trump campaign received over 53 million dollars in small donor contributions in the first 24 hours after his conviction was announced. By contrast the Democrats only took in 20 million dollars when Roe v Wade was overturned by the Supreme Court. The backfire has begun.
But if you watch or read the progressive mainstream media, the only problem in the world is Donald Trump’s business records. Nothing about the wide open southern border illegal immigration, terrorism, the war in Europe or Gaza. Absolutely no chance the folks are hearing about the high costs of gas and grub.
California Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff, who’s running for Senator in California is a top client of Trump Trial Judge Juan Merchan’s daughter, Democrat fundraiser Loren Merchan. He immediately began raising money off of the guilty verdict against the former president. The Merchan family is making a fortune, and you have to wonder why a Judge, whose family that has gotten rich off of Democratic Party fundraising, was allowed to preside over this judicial fiasco and joke of a trial in the first place. It’s simple, he was handpicked by the Regime based on his two previous Trump related trials where he demonstrated his bias against the former President.
Meanwhile President Joe Biden, who recently gave the commencement address to graduates of the United States Military Academy at West Point, once again told his completely inaccurate tale about receiving an appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy. Football player Biden claimed he "was one of 10" appointed by Senator Hale Boggs. Biden said, "I’d found out two days earlier they had a quarterback named Roger Staubach and a halfback named Joe Bellino. I said, 'I’m not going there' I went to Delaware. Not a joke."
That story is a bogus one, and as usual, he invented the story. Bellino graduated prior to Biden starting college and Staubach was a star quarterback who Biden, as a high school wide receiver, should have loved to join as a teammate. Biden has repeated this lie many times before and there is still no record that it ever happened. Tall tales is all Biden can muster these days.
So the befuddled old prevaricator who masquerades as the President of the United States will have a campaign that every one of his partisan sycophants will inject “convicted felon” into all their speeches and ads. They don’t have anything else to run on. Inflation is destroying ordinary American’s food and gas budgets. The southern border looks like a land rush of illegal immigrants. Our enemies are dancing in the streets over the foreign policy chaos that Joe’s regime has created. Crime in major cities is at new levels, thanks to District Attorneys like Alvin Bragg. You won’t see any uplifting truthful commercials praising his governance.
The Nation will vote in November 5th and overwhelming convict Joseph R. Biden of being the worst President in the history of the United States since James Buchanan.
