Spencer Pratt for Mayor
The Mayor’s race in Los Angeles is just four days away. Upstart candidate Spencer Pratt is hitting the national airwaves and taking a flamethrower to the liberals who let his and his parent’s homes burn down in the 2025 Pacific Palisades fire. A registered Republican running as an Independent, he’s making waves.
He has two opponents, current Mayor Karen Bass and Councilmember Nithya Rahman, both are committed left wing Democrats who have had a hand in making Los Angeles the “garden spot” of the Southern California. NOT. In their combined 10 years of service, areas of the LA resemble a third world poop hole, thanks to ineffective management of city departments and precious taxpayer dollars. Pratt said the following about these two career politicians.
“I do basics. I don't do national politics. I don't do parties. I just say, look they're stealing all of our tax money to give it to drug addicts. Nithya Rahman is considered more left than Karen Bass”. He told NBC News Thursday, "In LA, they want to feel safe, they don’t want to step in human poop. I don’t need to have personal opinions about anybody that doesn’t affect them stepping in human poop."
Even Jimmy Kimmel's taking a break from TDS for some Pratt Derangement Syndrome (PDS) saying his real profession is to be the screaming jerk on reality shows. Kimmel said, “the difference between Donald Trump and this guy is that Donald Trump actually had a job before he was on a reality show. He’s just another narcissist looking for attention.” Jimmy is worried that he might win.
Pratt’s campaign is changing the political landscape. His advertising is AI generated and floods social media. There has been little if any broadcast tub thumping. Bass is all over the local LA media. His ads regularly get an astounding number of hits. Traditional campaign operatives are paying close attention to this phenomenon. As a result, his polling percentages have him tied within the margin of error with the two other candidates. Mayor Karen Bass is at 26%, Councilmember Nithya Raman is at 25% and Pratt is 22%.
Major American cities run by Democrats are a mess. One needs to look no further than the exodus out of New York, thanks to Mayor Mamdami’s communist governance. Chase Chairman Jamie Dimon warned him that his policies are slowing killing the city. Chicago is in the same boat with their Mayor, Brandon Johnson, an equally clueless hack. Then there’s the remarkably unattractive Mayor of Seattle, Katie Wilson, another socialist loon who has managed to drive Starbucks to relocate its headquarters to Tennessee. Businesses are fleeing her town as they realize what a mess her policies are making of the city.
Can Spencer Pratt, depicted as Batman in one of his ads, rescue Los Angeles from the Joker masquerading as Mayor? One thing is certain, he can’t be a bigger failure than Karen Bass has been. Perhaps he is the harbinger of future candidates seeking elective office. Someone who genuinely wants to be effective and not be as inept as the incumbent Bass. Pratt’s campaign is resonating with voters in the deep-blue city by offering common-sense solutions to the dysfunction that has persisted too long in the City of Angels.
When asked by NBC News about President Trump’s vocal support for his campaign, Pratt said he did not need it. "I don’t need anyone’s endorsement but mothers’. That’s who’s getting me elected," he replied.
Let’s hope the moms show up at the polls in force.
