Stolen Valor and Polices

To those who have actually served in combat, the “he served for 24 years” gauze that the media is covering Governor Walz with is glaringly disgusting.  Nothing wrong with serving in the military, it is honorable. But this candidate has used his National Guard service to boost and enhance his political career without question. He has said that he’s carried “weapons of war in war.” He has never been in combat.  Implied that he and members of his unit suffered from PTSD upon returning from an overseas deployment. The unit went to Italy. He has repeatedly made false statements about his rank. He was never retired as Command Sergeant Major, his rank was Master Sergeant.

But most egregious about this windbag phony, is the timing of his retirement from the Guard. “Tampon Tim” (his nickname in Minnesota) knew his unit was scheduled for deployment to the Iraq War. Numerous fellow guardsmen including his superior officers, have come forward stating that he had been briefed well before his retirement. This was a cut and run move without a doubt. This is why a vast majority of veterans react with disgust when these facts are revealed…especially those of us who have served in a combat zone.

Yet the Harris-Walz campaign is insistent that Governor Walz “misspoke” regarding his service with respect to his rank and carrying weapons of war in war. Bull. It is called LYING and there is no couching the nature of his stories, especially his ignorance about when his unit’s overseas deployment to a war zone was to take place. Tim Walz is nothing more than an opportunistic prevaricator whose entire political career is built on falsehoods. The worst is that the media is gaslighting the Nation and refuses to seek or report the truth about this deception. The protective blanket the press has wrapped around this buffoon needs to be stripped away. Unfortunately, Mad magazine would give you more honest coverage of this unprincipled windbag, than any well-known fish wrap will.

Another thief running for office is Vice President Kamala Harris. She is trusting in the vapidity of the populace to win the Presidency. She has no successes, no proposals, no solutions that she can claim during her three plus years as Vice President. Given that, her handlers had her steal Trump’s proposed “no tax on tips” in a Las Vegas rally, two months after the former President announced this idea. Of course, she had to do it in a city where a significant percentage of the workforce lives on tips. Nevada is one of the seven battleground states and is important to her electoral success. The media has been tepid reporting this theft.

Then there’s the southern border. The “Border Czar”, the one who Biden appointed to solve the “root causes” of rampant immigration has announced her policy. Hire more Border Agents to secure it, another Trump idea. No wall, no deportation, but she thinks that more agents will stop the human trafficking and fentanyl smugglers. She and Joe have had over twelve hundred days to bring this invasion under control. So Kamala’s solution is to steal part of Trump’s solution. But her proposal also includes an accelerated path to citizenship. Another proposal theft is increasing the child care credit deduction…not her idea, Trump’s. She is a blatant phony who is hoodwinking the folks. Sadly, the low information voters will buy into this narrative, clueless that the current Regime created this mess.

Isn’t it remarkable what Hidin’ Harris has said repeatedly over the last three weeks since she ascended as the Democrat Presidential nominee. She will end the high inflation the country is currently suffering. It was a minuscule 1.4% when Kamala and Joe took their oaths. It’s been as high as 9.1% thanks to Bidenomics. She’s going to lower the cost of gas and groceries, now 30% higher than when Trump was President. Yet this week Joe Biden said that the Regime’s enlightened policies are beating down food prices and high inflation. To encourage homeownership, she wants to give first time homebuyers $25,000.00 for a downpayment. This is called buying votes.

In a North Carolina speech about her proposed solutions to resolve the mess that Bidenomics has made of the United States economy, the Empty Pant Suit Messiah stole a page out of the old Soviet Union plan for consumer price stability. Price controls. President Nixon tried it in June 1973. It did not work. Daniel Yergin and Joseph Stanislaw explain in their book, The Commanding Heights: The Battle for the World Economy, that price controls did not work: “Ranchers stopped shipping their cattle to the market, farmers drowned their chickens, and consumers emptied the shelves of supermarkets.” Kamala has proposed that prices be fixed on essential food items and other necessary products.  Those who are old enough will recall lines to get gasoline. This action will take place in her first 100 days in office and is designed to prevent price gouging. Her message to the Nation could have been given by Soviet political commissar.

It is impossible to overstate how bad her looney ideas are. Mandating a comprehensive federal government-enforced price controls of food costs has never worked. In a free market economy, supply and demand always have decided prices or profit levels. Can you imagine that she wants these decisions to be made by some Washington bureaucrat? Letting The Federal Trade Commission tell a grocery store in Idaho what the acceptable price was for eggs, butter, or milk is pure communism. This nonsense will lead to shortages, black markets and hoarding. Someone needs to tell Kamala, an economic neophyte, that the root cause of high food prices is the cost of energy.

This idiotic theory has worked remarkably well in Cuba, North Korea, Venezuela and of course the old Soviet Union. NOT. The internet is forever, and there are loads of pictures of empty grocery shelves in countries that practice this Marxist tenet. What is really tragic is that the progressive “in the tank for Kamala” media will permit this economic con job to take place, never questioning the eventual market distortion and chaos it could lead to. Ask any economist, they will tell you price controls do not work. It is well known that grocery corporations like Albertsons run only a 1-2% profit margin. Apple’s profit margin is 26%. Does Kamala want to control their prices? Remember this woman has never had a private sector job. She is clueless when it comes to how businesses operate. That is a cold hard fact.

So far, the only thing that Kamala Harris really stands for is unfettered abortion. No doubt that in the coming weeks that her radical views will be transformed. Her allies in the corporate media will aid her to molt from the national embarrassment that she was three months ago, to a renovated imaginative leader. These propagandists will not even pretend to care about anything that she has said, thinks, or believes. An ideologue to her core. As Vice President she has a proven record of failed problem-solving, has demonstrated no vision, nor clarity of thought. Her word salads are legendary. No wonder she reads from a teleprompter and hides from the press, even though it flatters her endlessly.

America does not need a practitioner of Marxist principles as President, nor a proven lying coward as Vice President.
