A Special Kind of Stupid
In Michigan , 740,950 (48.5%) citizens voted in the Democrat primary for Abdul El-Sayed and he defeated Rep. Haley Stevens, who received a vote count of 726,057 (47.5%), by approximately 13,000 votes. Not exactly a landslide by any stretch but it reveals that nearly three quarters of a million Michiganders are completely clueless about El-Sayed’s political positions. They must have been sleep-walking when they cast their vote. Those who selected Abdul are politically out to lunch with a uniquely illogical level of poor judgment.
This is not your typical Democrat that the party has put up for election to the United States Senate. Abdul is a card-carrying Muslim radical who tows the line of the Democratic Socialists of America, make no mistake…a wolf in sheep’s clothing, a full-blown extremist. El-Sayed is as slick as grease in his public appearances, he holds himself out as a working-class hero, who's gonna fight for the working class. How does he fight for the working class? By favoring a flood into his state of low-wage immigrants who will drive down the wages of the working class. Huh? The progressive media is unwilling to call him out.
He supports Medicare for all. A government run healthcare system similar to what Canada has, where wait time to see a medical specialist can be up to four months. Abdul favors a national wealth tax. He advocates a massive expansion in federal entitlements for child care. This is one way the Communists indoctrinate children to tow the government line.
Abdul wants to abolish Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), stating that the agency is a dangerous paramilitary force harassing harmless immigrants. This same agency denies opportunity for unfettered entrance into the United States, keeping low-wage illegal immigrants from taking American jobs.
He is no friend of Israel and has not hidden his specific detestation of its existence. El-Sayed wants to cut off all U.S. military aid to Israel, and he accuses them of genocide in Gaza. One of his pals is Hasan Piker, a notorious hater of Jews. He has a podcast that’s popular among left wing radicals, where he spews his love of the old Soviet Union and Chairman Mao. Hason is on the record saying that the U.S. “deserved 9/11” in a 2019 podcast. Why would anyone associate with such a radical hater? The media should ask Abdul.
When Iran’s Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed in a bombing run earlier this year by an Israeli bombing run, El-Sayed said the following, “I also want to remind you guys that there are a lot of people in Dearborn who are sad today.” Nothing about what a well-known evil bastard the Ayatollah was. He was definitely pandering to the residents of Dearborn, the center of anti-Israel, Hamas-sympathizing Democratic sentiment in the state.
He has one of the few sensible Democrats in his gunsights, Senator John Fetterman, the pro-Israel Pennsylvanian. If elected to the Senate, he said one of his first tasks will be trying to defeat him in his 2028 re-election bid. In a recently leaked audio of Abdul speaking to a donor, he said “Put one ogre on a pike and then everyone else gets the message.”
Senator Chuck “U” Schumer (D-NY), Senate Minority Leader did not condemn El-Sayed’s remark and was as silent as the Sphinx. That’s something that Hamas would do. Heads on pikes? Who are the Michigan voters that have decided that this polarizing and left-wing loon should be in the American political mix?
An examination of the demographic that comprised Abdul El-Sayed’s base is truly revealing. The majority voting for this radical are well educated, self-hating white liberal elites living in counties that house large universities. The radical left always does well among elites because the elites are insulated from the consequences of the policies that the extreme left pushes. He did not do well in the inner cities, the lower income people, the less educated, the blue-collar folks. In that demographic, his opponent Rep. Hayley Stevens kicked his butt. So, who’s smarter?
It’s abundantly clear that El-Sayed’s supporters are in the same class of voters who elected Mamdani in New York. If voters don’t know that these radicals are communist cranks, disguised as progressive liberals, then they’re never going to know anything. They promise freedom and security to those who will join their cause yet steal wealth from others.
Security only exists for those elites who convinced other poor saps to join their cause. Everyone is equally miserable under communism except for the authoritarian leaders who profit from the loot they seized from others. If anyone needs proof, check in with folks living in China, Cuba, North Korea, and Russia.
In a Las Vegas speech this week President Trump had the following observation about him “When I watch Abdul, he’s full of shit.” Blunt, yes. True, without a doubt.
El-Sayed’s followers are a special kind of stupid.
